TRABAT cannot be held liable for any interruption, unavailability or malfunction of the website, nor for any damage resulting from its use (viruses, loss of data, etc.). Users are responsible for their own equipment and internet connection.
Intellectual property
All elements of the website (texts, project photographs, logo, graphics, structure) are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code and belong to TRABAT or its partners. Any reproduction or reuse, even partial, for purposes other than private consultation is prohibited without TRABAT's prior written authorisation.
Use of the contact form
Users undertake to provide accurate information and not to use the form for canvassing, unsolicited marketing or sending unlawful content. The data sent is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. TRABAT reserves the right not to respond to manifestly abusive requests.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. TRABAT may amend these terms at any time; the online version prevails. Last updated: October 2026.
